CHIP GRANT

Rabun County Habitat for Humanity is the recipient of a $449,200 Community HOME Investment Program (CHIP) Grant to construct three (3) single-family housing units. Rabun County HFH will serve as the General Contractor and will have bid opportunities for subcontractors throughout the construction process.
 

Licensed and insured subcontractors may be hired to provide various services not provided by Habitat volunteers such as grading, concrete, framing, roofing, plumbing, electricity, Energy Star Certified HVAC, flooring, siding, insulation, drywall/sheetrock and interior trim.

Office hours are Monday and Tuesday 8am – 4:30 pm, Wednesday 8am –noon, closed on Thursday and Friday.
Subcontractors will be contacted to provide quotes for work on an as needed basis.
